Paste fluxes for lead free soldering. Designed for PCB repair works and for soldering SMD components, especially the BGA circuits. Characterised by good wettability of soldered surfaces. Three types of fluxes are offered.
The ARMALF223TF/35 flux is designed for production processes with the washing phase.
The flux residues must be removed by means of washing agents on the alcohol base. Especially suitable for mounting circuits in the BGA, PGA, PLCC, QFP, CSP cases. |
